The Retail Sales Associate is responsible to deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers.  Duties include; processing packages for courier shipment, operating point-of-sale devices, copy & printing equipment, scanning & faxing equipment, binding equipment, and laminating machines.  

The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services.

Print Production / Assistant Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Print Production/Assistant Graphic Designer works in the print center in both graphic design and production. He or she works with customers to create, schedule, and produce their print products. Reporting to the lead Graphic Designer, he or she will help with all customer graphics orders and with volume copying. In addition, he or she helps with customer service, which includes receiving and processing packages for courier shipment; operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices; and advising our valued customers by providing accurate information on our products, services, and best-value options. The Print Production/Assistant Graphic Designer exhibits confidence by knowing best practices as related to the industry.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. He or she must have strong conceptualization and design skills, technical expertise, and a highly collaborative nature. In addition, he or she must have some experience in graphics design and proficient experience with various software design programs including Adobe-based platforms (Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop) for both Mac and PC. A Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field and two years of experience in graphic design or the print industry highly preferred.

Assistant Center Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Center Manager is responsible to help run day-to-day operations for this retail location. Duties may be required to open and close the center, help manage productivity and assure world-class customer service delivery of the team, monitor cost control and expenses, and contribute to weekly and monthly reports developed by the Center Manager and provided to the franchise owner.

The Assistant is involved with profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development. The ideal Assistant Center Manager candidate has a high school diploma/GED (college coursework or degree desired), one year retail store operations experience, strong supervisory/managerial skills, excellent computer/Internet/software knowledge, the physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.), and knows how to listen, follow, lead, and help the Center Manager attain defined targets.

Manager will have a dynamic personality and can help motivate a team to optimize performance. The Part-time Assistant Center Manager will be willing and able to work a flexible schedule of 25 to 30 hours per week that may span Monday through Saturday.

-- Assist with personnel management to include recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates
-- Schedule work assignments and help facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings

Outside Sales Associate
Sales Account Executive


Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS Small Package revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their territory. This position analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.

The primary focus of this position is to conduct face-to-face customer sales calls. The Account Executive travels to customer sites to hold meetings and gather information. This individual analyzes customer billing technology and proposes technology solutions. The Account Executive builds relationships with key stakeholders, and generates revenue opportunities across all product and service lines. Pre-sale duties include preparing action plans and customized presentations, and performing pre-call research and analysis. Post-sale duties include ensuring smooth implementation and account setup, and training customers on UPS technology solutions, billing analysis tools, and packaging techniques. The Account Executive also responds to internal and external customer concerns or problems, determines corrective actions, and/or assigns response personnel.

Maintain and grow a book of business (e.g., ground, air, international, freight)
